When will my products be delivered:

Years 7 & 10 on a Wednesday. Years 8 & 9 & 11 on a Friday. One week after your order is placed.

Can I cancel my order:

You cannot cancel your order. If you do not want the item after delivery you should take it to the IE room on a Friday between 1.30 & 1.40. Credit will be applied to your account for the following week long as the goods have not been used.

Can I change my order:

No you can’t change the order once it is placed but follow the steps for ‘Can I cancel my order’. Once the item is returned unused, a credit will be placed on your account.

What if I haven’t received my order:

Remember you will not receive any goods until the week after you have placed your order. Check your IRIS bank to see the IRIS rewards have been debited. If your account has been debited with the cost of the reward and the delivery date has passed, please go to the IE room on a Friday between 1.30 & 1.40 to speak to one of the Rewards Managers.

What if my item is faulty:

Go to the IE room on a Friday between 1.30 & 1.40 and speak to one of the Rewards Managers who will advise you
